Q. Do you ship to France?
A. Yes. We offer a DDP 'delivered duty paid' shipping service to addresses in France. With DDP shipping, we handle everything for you. This includes shipping, customs clearance, duties, and taxes, ensuring your order arrives directly at your doorstep without any extra hassle. Q. Do additional charges apply?
A. No. After you have paid for your order on our website there will be no additional charges.
Q. Are additional details required?
A. Yes. Shipments to a French business address require the EORI number for that business. If you do not supply this with your order your shipment will be delayed while we contact you for this information.
Q. Is there UK VAT on French orders?
A. No. If your delivery address is in France your order will be processed with French TVA @ 20%.
Q. I have not received my order what should I do?
A. We will contact you to alert you of any delay in the turnaround of your order, so if you have not heard from us and have not received your boxes after a few days, please email us here.
Q. My boxes arrived broken what should I do?
A. Due to the shipping costs we can not replace boxes damaged during international shipping. If you have broken items please email photos here and we can offer a refund to the value of the damaged items.
