Refund policy

Please email contact@westonboxes.com before returning any items.

If you wish to return your items for a refund, your order must not be more than 28 days old, and your items must be unused and in their original packaging. Below are the most common reasons given by our customers when requesting returns:


Q. My boxes arrived broken what should I do?

A. Email a photo to contact@westonboxes.com - we always refund or replace items broken in transit.


Q. I've received the wrong items what should I do?

A. If you receive the wrong items we will offer them to you at a discounted rate or arrange a return collection at our expense. The correct product will be shipped to you free of charge.


Q. I've received my items but no longer want them, what should I do?

If you have items that you wish to return within 28 days and no error has been made by us, we expect you to arrange and pay the return shipping charge. Once we receive the product back at S.B.Weston, in re-sellable condition we will action a full refund of the original order which will be applied via your original payment method.
