Order FAQ's

Q. Can I get a VAT invoice?

A. Yes, if you have an account. Simply login and view your invoice by clicking the 'VAT Invoice' button. If you were not logged in or do not have an account please contact us. and we can email you your invoice.


Q. How do I access trade prices?

A. If you buy a full carton of a single product, you will pay the 'trade' price. To see how many units are in a full carton for each box click here. If you are buying on behalf of a business or would like to purchase more than one carton of product please use our trade website Trade.WestonBoxes.com to ensure you get the best rate. If you would like to order pallet quantities of mixed products please contact us.


Q. How do I open a credit account?

A. Email contact@westonboxes.com with the details of the product that you would like to order and your full company details including shipping address . We will run a credit check and on approval offer you a credit account. Please note we only offer credit accounts to customers buying 'trade' quantities of product. You will be required to pay before product is dispatched on your first trade order.


Q. I have previously ordered online. Do I have a credit account?

A. No. We have two ordering systems, one is our e-commerce website, the other is our database of credit account customers who order over the phone or via email. Web orders always require an upfront payment. See above for details on becoming a credit account customer.


Q. Can I pay in Euros or a currency other than £GBP?

A. Yes. Select your region from the dropdown menu at the top of the website and the currency will update to your local currency.


Q. Why was I asked to enter a password at the end of my web transaction?

A. The first time you place an order online, you enter your billing and shipping details. You are able to save these details into our system by entering a password at the end of your transaction. We do not hold a record of your card details. This means you can recall your billing/shipping details, plus the details of any past web orders by simply logging in using your email address and the password you chose.
